Your workspace broadcasts signals—visual, postural, and sensory—that your nervous system reads instantly. Clutter nudges urgency. Harsh light amps tension. Minute 1 — Clear & Square

• Remove three non-essentials (paper stack, spare mug, random cable).

• Square your setup: feet flat, sit bones grounded, screen at eye level.
