In just half a day, together, we work with the energy in your own home to create shifts that are practical, immediate, and real.

This isn't a class. There's no content to absorb and apply later. It's a hands-on experience where you take intentional action in your own space — guided every step of the way — and feel the difference within the session itself.

I've seen people make what looked like a small, quiet change and notice something shift instantly. I've also witnessed changes far more profound than anyone expected. Both happen.

What I've never seen is someone leave unchanged.
