Until there comes a point where we have a sense that the way we move through our lives matters just as much, if not more, than what we build along the way. In my recent conversation with Dr. Rebecca Kochenderfer, we explored what it really means to lead ourselves – from awareness, rather than from pressure or expectation. What unfolded wasn’t a conversation about achievement in the traditional sense, it was a conversation about relationship.
