When I put my house on the market, I thought that I knew all the right things to do, after all, I had sold real estate for a number of years. I cleaned, removed clutter, painted, rearranged furniture, and spruced up the yard. Agents told me that the house showed beautifully and was priced right. Still, it didn’t sell.
I remembered a lecture I had attended on Feng Shui given by Linda Binns and decided to seek her advice. I had nothing to lose, and working with Feng Shui seemed more proactive than buying a St. Joseph Statue in the backyard. Linda assessed my house and made suggestions for simple, easy to implement changes.
Three weeks later, on Christmas Eve, a contract for the sale was finalized. I believe Feng Shui was a positive factor in helping to bring this about.

The Process
I will send you a simple questionnaire to find out more about your home and your goals. Once completed, you will return the form to me.
I will ask you to send me a simple layout drawing of your home, so I can see where each room is situated. I may also ask for photographs of certain areas.
I will review the completed questionnaire, layout and photographs and we will schedule a time for our Zoom call.
I will talk you through my findings and discuss recommendations with you.
You will leave with an action plan of simple, easy to implement changes.
We'll have a follow-up conversation once you've had a chance to implement the recommendations to assess progress.
